Dr. Scott Noh

The best part of orthodontics is that it allows me to make a lasting impact in someone’s life in a very personal way. A confident smile can change how a person feels about themselves, and being trusted to help guide that transformation is something I never take for granted.

Growing up in Seoul, Sydney, and Los Angeles gave me a unique perspective early in life. Experiencing different cultures and communities taught me the importance of listening, understanding people, and treating everyone with empathy and respect. Those experiences continue to shape the way I care for my patients today.

‍

I studied Biochemistry at UCLA before earning my dental degree at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, an Ivy League institution known for its academic and clinical excellence. During my time there, I was honored with awards for both academics and research. I then continued at Columbia to complete my three year orthodontic residency and earn my Master of Science in Orthodontics.

‍

My training gave me a deep appreciation for the balance between science, precision, and aesthetics. Orthodontics is not just about straight teeth. It is about harmony, facial balance, function, and creating results that feel natural to each individual patient. I believe every treatment plan should be thoughtful, personalized, and built around the person behind the smile.

‍

One thing that is very important to me is making sure patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their journey. I take time to explain options clearly, answer questions honestly, and create an environment where patients feel cared for from beginning to end. I know that orthodontic treatment is often a significant investment of time and trust, and I believe that trust should always be earned.

‍

I am passionate about staying current with the latest advancements in orthodontics and evidence based care so I can continue delivering the highest level of treatment possible. At the same time, I never want the experience to feel overly clinical or impersonal. My goal is for every patient to feel genuinely supported, understood, and excited about their progress.

‍

Outside of orthodontics, I enjoy basketball, golf, traveling, and spending time with my wife, Hannah, and our dog, Montgomery. Traveling has always inspired me and reminded me how much can be learned through connection with people from different backgrounds and experiences.

‍

It would be an honor to be part of your smile journey and help you achieve a result that feels healthy, confident, and uniquely yours.

Warmly,
Dr. Scott Noh
